If you regularly need to copy files, and especially if those files are large, then most windows user will agree with me on one point that traditional Windows file copying is not so efficient for quickly copying. Copying files from one folder to other on the same drive or to another drive is always slow in all versions of Windows. Though Microsoft makes some improvement in latest version Windows 8 & 10, but what about the other users who are still using Windows 7?
If you regularly transfer large amounts of data, and you if you want to speed up your copying, then these third party tools will give you an opportunity to do this.

To copy, select the source and its destination, or you can also drag & drop source files and destination directory and the process will start by clicking “Execute” button. It also provides a set of very useful details regarding the copying process, such as total files, total time and transfer rate.
UltraCopier is free and open source software with exciting features including play/pause, speed limitation, on-error resume, error/collision management etc. In Ultracopier it is also possible to specify post-copy actions and you can also resume file coping process from a disconnected USB drive.
